Hey there! đź‘‹
If you're planning a trip to Marrakech, you're in for a colorful, bustling, and magical experience. Booking a riad might feel a little nerve-racking if it's your first visit (I felt the same!). These traditional accommodations are scattered throughout the Medina and might seem difficult to locate initially—but honestly, I had no problems at all during my stays đź¤.
I've gathered a few accommodations I really love—a mix of traditional riads ranging from budget-friendly to 5-star luxury. Below are three riads I personally tried, along with my thoughts on each one 👇
These are all places I confidently recommend to friends (and where I'd happily stay again myself!).
Happy travels, and enjoy Marrakech! 🌺
A traditional riad located amidst the lively streets of Marrakech, this charming haven offers a calm escape with beautiful decor.

Amidst the lively streets of Marrakech, this riad offers a calm escape with beautiful decor and cozy rooms. It’s just a 7-minute walk from the main square, with street-food vendors right around the corner adding to the lively atmosphere 🤩. After a day of exploring, you can unwind in the free rooftop jacuzzi and enjoy a delicious, customised breakfast each morning 🍳.
The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, so it might feel tight if you’re traveling with large luggage — but overall, it’s a peaceful and well-located stay in the heart of the Medina.
